Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Shopifinders ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Shopifinders provides visitor identification, fraud detection, and lead intelligence services for Shopify store owners. The Service includes:

  • Device fingerprinting and visitor tracking
  • IP intelligence and geolocation
  • B2B contact enrichment
  • Fraud detection and risk scoring
  • Analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings
  • CRM integrations and API access

Subscription and Billing

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial. After the trial ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Pricing is based on the number of unique visitors tracked per month. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

Overages

If you exceed your plan's visitor limit, overages are billed at $10 per 1,000 additional visitors.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes or to violate any laws
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
  • Use the Service to spam, phish, or send unsolicited communications
  • Share your API keys or account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
  • Overload our infrastructure with excessive API requests

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all visitor data collected via the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

You grant us a license to process and enrich your data as necessary to provide the Service.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for paid plans. Enterprise customers receive a dedicated SLA with 99.95% uptime guarantee.

Maintenance

We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice.

Termination

By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHOPIFINDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shopifinders operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
